I have been taking this product for the replacement of Creon, an enzyme used by pancreatic cancer patients. Creon is like $1,000 a month for 24,000 mg. BIO X4 has the same enzymes but in much smaller quantities. But for me, it works.
I have not had any results as to weight loss. My weight went up the first month, but I have started eating less, and I have gone down a small amount. I really had hoped it would help me lose weight, but mainly I am using it to get my enzymes.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
