I have only been on it a little over a week but the change in the way I feel is just amazing. I have more energy and feel like doing more now, like that for a long time.
The thing you might like to know in this improvement in the way I feel is I did not start on the Vital Reds until after I had surgery on the back of my neck and feel it is helping with recovery and also helping with my diabetes.
I love this product and my wife has just started as well, and she loves it every bit as much as I do.
