I was recently attracted to Vital Reds in particular as a comprehensive source of antioxidants from many dark and other fruits. For the most part, Dr. Gundry's credentials allow me to take it on faith that they and the many other included health promoters are present in the undistinguished brown powder that is Vital Reds, since in the short time of having taken it daily no noticeable change in my otherwise excellent weight and health has been detectable. However, the excellent taste is proof enough for me that I am getting the desired essence of fruit antioxidants together with the expected benefits of the other advertised ingredients.
