The pills immediately took away the diarrhea caused by diabetes medications, gave me more energy, and took away my food cravings, making it easier to maintain my target A1c scores. I have finished the first bottle and have ordered three more, but they usually get held up in Canadian customs. I would say I am totally happy with the results.
