I wasn't sure if Advanced Restorative Probiotic would work for me since I'm layed up and not getting around now. But I was surprised; I'm not feeling like a lump, all bloated and sluggish. I have energy and I am finally regular, which is the best part. The only exercise I get is when I try to get to the bathroom, and this has been going on for the last six weeks. I am happy with this product because it works great when I'm not at my best or eating right. I will stay on it.
