I have had more energy and am generally feeling better since I started taking BIO X4. The only reason I didn't give it five stars was because I have also made a lot of other lifestyle changes (diet and exercise) so I don't know for sure how much the supplements attribute to this change in the way I feel. I have always had abdominal problems, and still do, but it's not as severe now. I have lost about 10 pounds, but I'm sure that consuming less calories and going to the gym five days a week has something to do with that.
Even with the discount, it's more than I would like to spend. I am a senior on a fixed income and have to be very careful. I have told friends that I am trying this product and that I am feeling much better.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
