It's incredible how much energy I now have. I run with my husband and haven't been able to keep up with him. After about a week of taking Vital Reds, I was keeping up which made both of us very happy. Also, since taking it, I have not had one leg or foot cramp! I had to keep pickle juice on my night table because I would get cramps almost nightly! I love the product, plus it gets me to drink a glass of water every morning.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
