I am fairly skeptical about health enhancement products bought online, but I have to tell you Vital Reds absolutely works. I have been having a reaction in metabolism as I age (I am now 55), but I like to live an active lifestyle when I’m not at my desk job. I can tell that with Vital Reds my metabolism has increased back to where it was 10-15 years ago, and I believe I have an increase in energy to some degree both at work and at workouts. I wake up really hungry every morning now and meal times can’t come soon enough.
Here is where the product’s effects were the most dramatic though. I was at only 14% body fat when I started using the product, and within 10 days I had already lost the 5 pounds that had eluded my attempts to rid myself of for the past two years!
