I stumbled upon Dr. Gundry's product ad a little over a month ago. The concept was not new but condensing this element in a powdered form for a morning jump was. I bought it. I already put up with Dr. Mercola, but hey, that's the wife (doc Merc gets a lot of my money too now).
I noticed a boost in energy and an overall jump in vim and vigor with this product. In short, while reading "The Dorito Effect," you need it. It's worth it.
