I have been taking BIO X4 since last fall. My energy level has been much better, and I stayed healthy all fall and winter. I usually get a sinus infection in the fall, and I was exposed to the flu but never got it. The most amazing result is my cholesterol dropped significantly. I have been recommending BIO X4 to my family and friends. I feel great!
