I ordered my first bottle and I noticed after taking it for two weeks that my mood felt more positive. I am sleeping better at night. I am just noticing the probiotic effect happening, but I have always had a problem with constipation, but finding myself feeling much better in that area. I am now taking it in my second month, but all I can say is that it is very good for me. I recommend this product most definitely.
