I haven't noticed a burst of energy per se. What I have seen is longevity throughout the day. I have a physically demanding job that requires me to be on my feet for long periods, and by the end of the day, I am wiped out. Since I've been taking VItal Reds, I have more energy at the end of the day than I had before and I am sleeping more soundly. This I noticed in the first week.
