I'm just starting my second month, so keep that in mind. I wanted to try this because my stomach/abdomen routinely hardens up and can be very uncomfortable - distention (at least that's my diagnosis, getting my local doctor to agree is another matter). Anyway, I wanted to try the Advanced Restorative Probiotic to help flush/cleanse my system. So far, so good, I have fewer days of discomfort than I did before taking it. I imagine I'd have better results if I ate better, but I wanted to see if it would help if I did nothing else but add this little pill to my daily routine. I am pleased, and now I'm ready to start eating healthier so that I can experience even better results.
