I have been enrolled in the Freedom Debt Relief for around two months. Absolutely nothing has been done by Freedom Debt Relief. The only thing that has happened is my credit score dropped 75 POINTS (I wish I could bold and highlight this) due to my missed payments, which is a program requirement. My "specialist" gives me the runaround. When I asked for an update via email, I was told to look at my dashboard and that he didn't "write long emails." Seriously? I was also told when I signed up for the program that due to the amounts owed, ALL of my accounts would be taken care of "right away." We clearly have different views on what "right away" means. So far, my experience has been absolutely terrible, and I am super disappointed (and worried). They definitely sucker you in with promises of your debt improving, but so far, mine is just getting worse.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
