    ActivatedYou Morning Complete

    Drinking a half of scoop in my smoothies

    Overall Experience:

    I have been diagnosed with Leptin Resistance. I have to eat a high fat and protein breakfast. SO I incorporated the ActivatedYou Morning Complete with my lunchtime smoothie. It helps keep my afternoon energy up and appetite down. I think it's helping too since I am finally losing some weight slow as it is, and I have lost a lot of inches. This is a big deal.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
