I am very happy with Morning Complete. I feel better and feel like it is really working. I am petite, 5'3" and 113 lbs, and found one scoop a day to be too much. I am doing 1/2 a scoop about 5 times a week, which is perfect for me. Once I started taking it, it took about a week for my system to get used to it, so make sure you give it a few days. I also find the emails quite helpful/informative.
