Before Morning Complete, I was having severe stomach/intestinal distress with bloating pain and excess gas but irregularity despite careful consideration of dietary restrictions. I am celiac and lactose intolerant. Since taking it has definitely helped reduce the bloating and pain and I am more regular with consistency and frequency. I do still feel like I have more gas than I would like in between, although less, and I still have to refrain from dairy to avoid distress. I do like the taste and find it easy to take in the morning. I do feel an improved energy and do not crave my coffee in the morning. I do still have a few days a week as I drink protein powder in coffee. I would definitely recommend the product.
