    No breakfast? Really?

    Overall Experience:

    As a die-hard breakfast eater, I couldn't imagine the claims that I wouldn't be hungry if I had Morning Complete. I have been taking it for a month, and I really don't feel hungry until 9 or 10 am. My day starts at 5:30 am, and I used to eat breakfast upon rising. I start my day with my drink, and I get going. I have read the reports on the value of intermittent fasting, and I feel like I have the best of both worlds. Some things I have noticed since starting; I don't need caffeine as early or as much, my digestion continues to work well even if I eat some processed carbs, and my joint/muscle aches are less.

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
