I find that the formula has created less bowel problems in general. I have not had problems with diarrhea as I did before using this formula, so that is a relief. The formula mixes fairly well with my morning lemon and orange juice, and the dregs left in my glass at the end of the drink are pleasant in taste, so I don't mind eating them at the end of the drink. I have only used this formula for a few weeks, but so far, so good.
