I have been on a number of diets over the years and usually have the same things happen. I usually lose 5-10 lbs and then plateau. If I can believe the scale, I am losing about 1/2 lb every 2 weeks, which keeps me believing in this product. I am delighted that my craving for sweets has abated and I am not experiencing the energy dips I previously experienced in mid-morning and mid-afternoon.
