I’ve used Wish since 2014, and when the smoke clears, my experience with this company is "If it seems too good to be true, it probably is."

There are three major problems with Wish orders, from my hundreds of my purchases.

1) QUALITY is severely lacking. Clothes are such poor quality that I’ve never been able to wear the majority, watches that I’ve ordered are great looking but so cheaply made that no one has worked for more than 10 days, some have never worked!

2) Wish claims most items have a shipping time of 2-3 weeks, but my average item is received in about 8 weeks, misrepresentations at best.

3) I’m pretty patient, but if you tell Wish your order hasn’t arrived, they’ll stall you for another couple of weeks. The second time I’ve tried to tell Wish support that my items didn’t arrive, Wish tells me ‘Too bad, your refund period is expired,’ even though they have no evidence of delivery. Wish has earned their reputation of a junk broker with no accountability.
