I made an order and paid via iDEAL. However, on completing the transaction, I never got a payment confirmation for my order, I didn’t see anything in my order history, and all the items I paid for still remained in my shopping bag, yet the total amount was debited from my bank account.
I was shocked about this and tried to contact the support team, yet I never got feedback from them. So I didn’t have an order history or order number recorded yet they took my money, and I never got a refund either.
To think this was my first experience of being scammed by a shopping site online is just so appalling. However, one thing is certain, the site and sellers on it are scammers. No quality assurance nor refund and your money could get lost with no hope of getting it back.
They may have unbeatable prices on items displayed, however, have it in mind that you are shopping on a site where just anything can happen with no one to hold responsible for it. While I regret my shopping experience, I hope you can learn from my terrible ordeal of shopping with this scam website.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
