    Works good, but tastes nasty

    Overall Experience:

    I had problems with always feeling tired and being 43 now, I was starting to experience weight gain, which I have never had a problem with before in my entire life. I had gained over 20 lbs over a three-month period. I have been taking Morning Complete now for 45 days. I have a great deal more energy now, and I have lost 8 lbs. Not a huge weight loss, but I can feel my body make a great turn around and become more healthy.

    Now we just need to do something about the nasty taste. The best way to take the drink to minimize the nasty flavor is with 4 oz of apple juice and 1 scoop of Morning Complete. Stir. Let it sit for 15 minutes. The powder is actually dehydrated food ground up, so this has to partially re-hydrate, or else your drink is super grainy (no matter how much liquid you have). Then drink. Now your drink is not grainy, and the taste is masked by the apple juice, and you drink it in one swallow. Then follow that with another cup full of water. Other than the taste, I fully recommend it.

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
