    Worked great

    Overall Experience:

    I immediately felt a change in my energy level, I’m talking like day two no more need for coffee. I did the intermittent fasting with it, didn’t eat until afternoon and stopped eating at 8 pm, and took this first thing in the morning. I never really struggled with hunger, found that I made better food choices because I wanted to, not because I felt obligated. Overall I lost about 15 pounds in 30 days, and I’m still going strong. It doesn’t feel like a diet, just a change in lifestyle really. It works well for me since I’m busy anyway and finding time to eat can be tough. I’ve had days where I didn’t eat until 3 pm and didn’t feel super hungry. That wasn’t the case two months ago, I was always hungry and craving sugar and carbs.

    I didn’t think this would work, but I gave it a shot because I was tired of feeling run down and fat. I was wrong, it’s working and working well.

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
