The first day starting. I notice right away my digestion was doing something different. It was like moving, cleaning, something I needed for a long time, especially after being on antibiotics. I feel way better when taking it than not. Great product, highly recommended. A little pricey for my pocketbook, but I would love to use it daily. Thank you.
