From the very beginning of the process, Bob Reynolds was definitely a pleasure to work with. He stayed on top of things and was able to help correct some errors in our credit report that we were not aware of. Additionally, all of the other people in this process were very considerate and helpful. We have been through the refinancing process before, and it was a nightmare. We truly appreciate everyone involved with NewDay USA.
