My journey with BetterHelp has been an exciting, insightful, and a good one. They have helped me move from my negative and depressed state into a more optimistic, focused, and positive one. I've always felt weak, timid and not good enough but through BetterHelp have realized and seen of a fact, that I can do anything that I set my mind to do by being focused and with the right and positive attitude.
