Honestly, I'm not seeing dramatic changes in my skin's texture or firmness. I'm still "on the fence" as to whether or not there IS improvement in my skin. I stopped taking the supplement for a month to try to validate any significant changes. The firmness in my face and arms seemed to be less than when I was taking the supplement, but the results were subtle. I can't fully rule out that I'm seeing what I want to see, and believing what I want to believe.
In other words, I may be experiencing "the placebo effect." Who knows for sure. For now, my assessment can be taken as anecdotal.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
