    Not a fan.

    Overall Experience:

    It has been impossible to reach anyone to actually talk to. We are unable to monitor with the phone app because their system is always down. How is this helping us?! Paying out the wazoo but not getting the best service for the money. Very unhappy.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
