I have two cats and have only been using PrettyLitter for two weeks tomorrow. My cats seem to like it, I love the convenience of not having to run out for litter every week and the daily scooping is a breeze. However, it has only been two weeks and the litter box smells of urine, which I never had an odor with regular litter. Plus it does cost more than what I always paid for litter. For me, it will never last a month. I knew it was too good to be true.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Thanks for reaching out and sharing your experience, Diane! We'd love the opportunity to help. Odor issues are usually caused by not having enough depth of PrettyLitter in your litter box. We recommend filling each litter box to a minimum of two inches per cat. That usually means one bag per cat, but it can vary! There are many different sizes of the litter box, and it sounds like yours might be on the larger size (which makes sense if your cats share).
