The probiotics in BIO X4 have definitely made a difference for me. I am more regular and I feel so much better for it. I feel that my cravings are less and I have actually lost a few pounds. Nothing spectacular, but around 8 pounds in the nearly three months I’ve been on it. I also love the regular emails with tips and recipes. I’m very happy with the results I’ve experienced so far and will continue to use it.
