    Makes a great smoothie

    Overall Experience:

    I found that the prebiotic did not dissolve well in my morning breakfast. I now mix my prebiotic with strawberries and bananas to make a smoothie every morning. It’s great being regular daily. I haven’t experienced any weight loss yet. But I am giving it time.

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
