I only started about a month ago. I have IBS with constipation, abdomen is usually bloated, and always crave sweets. When I first started taking Prebiothrive, I noticed I was "gassy" most of the time. As I continued, I didn’t feel as hungry, nor have I been craving sweets as much. I am also able to have more bowel movements without much effort (surprising!). Still a little gassy, but again, it’s only been about a month.
So far having positive results. Thank you.
