We added the Vital Reds to the daily regimen of Sun Warrior Super Greens and experienced some discomfort. The second week, we alternated Reds one day, and Greens the next. That has helped. I don't know that we've experienced any changes in our health, however, I am not on any medication, and maintain a healthy weight. My husband, however, is on medication for high blood pressure. Hopefully, he will be able to get off of it soon.
