I was diagnosed with Crohn's eight years ago. I was on meds for 6-8 months then stopped because of too many side effects. I had occasional flare-ups but dealt with it. Recently I was crippled with diarrhea for two weeks, couldn't go out, even drinking water caused diarrhea. I went to a GI doc and after the colonoscopy was prescribed Entyvio. I discussed other options with an MD friend, strict instructions to start this product, take liquid turmeric daily and follow the program. I purchased the Plant Paradox book and the cookbook and am feeling better each day. I believe it has been a combination of my lifestyle changes. Lots to learn, strange food names, I shop online a lot and joined a lectin-free support group. Thank you for all you have shared to help so many people.
