I am experiencing a lot of bloating this third week and a feeling of a too full stomach. I have been having fiber-rich veggies for lunch. Maybe I am getting too much fiber.
I take my powder with my coffee in the morning. The last two days I have cut down to half a scoop, and it seemed to help.
I have lost a couple of pounds - not much. I want to continue on this product because I believe in it.
Do you have any suggestions for me? I have cut back on sugars and dairy. I would appreciate if you can help me continue taking this prebiotic. I also take a probiotic daily.
