My initial review of this product is the taste and quality as I see it. It is only partially successful in dissolving in orange juice and other juices. It does not have a taste of its own, so if you don't mind some a bit of solid, then it works quite well.
For quality, I cannot say I see a great change in how I feel, but it is still early yet. I am going to continue taking this for at least three months and continue to evaluate the results.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
