I've taken the product twice, imbibing three pills in the morning daily. I found it to increase my energy to where I did things faster and completed them faster with a brighter mental outlook and a poise and confidence that I liked a lot. Since I've not taken them (for four days), I am less energetic and more lethargic. I can't wait to get back to taking them when they are delivered and look forward to starting to take the Vital Reds which I purchased from their recommendation of it and what it does impresses me. I look forward to both products that I think will send me on a more energetic, brighter journey with my performance being affected very positively. I've taken two products and loved Total Restore and I'm sure that Vital Reds will likewise be a great experience and an improvement in my mental faculties and attitude.
