I’ve just finished my first bottle of Vital Reds. I add it daily to my morning smoothie which includes: whey protein, an egg, fish oil, berries, ice and coconut water. I feel like my stomach looks a little flatter than usual and I feel I’m a bit more regular, but I’d like to continue taking it to see if I notice more benefits. I don’t think 30 days is enough to see a significant difference.
