I have only been on Vital Reds for three weeks, but I already am feeling better. More energy, not as hungry and no sweet cravings. I look forward to seeing how much more better things will be after being on the product for a couple of months. Once my body clears out the old stuff, I am sure I will feel even better. I am 80 years old and plan on being around for at least another 20 years or more. Thank you for a great product.
