I bought three bottles, left them sitting in the cupboard for several months, thinking they wouldn't work. Finally I decided to give them a try.
I've been on them for two weeks now and cannot believe the appetite control that they have given me. Before, I ate a quart of ice cream almost every day of my life, and now I have no cravings for sweets. I eat real food and don't seem to crave anything. I've been looking for something like this for many years. I've been emailing my friends telling them how pleased I am with BIO X4. THANK YOU, for making such a wonderful product. I am ordering it for my daughter and granddaughter.
Over the years I have found that diets don't work without help in suppressing the appetite! BIO X4 dramatically suppresses my appetite! This is the first time that I have EVER written a review on a product. I just felt that we need to let the manufacturers know how we feel about their product!
