Dr. Gundry's presentation was interesting and piqued my curiosity. I've lost maybe three pounds so far, but the real benefit is a cessation of cravings, less joint inflammation, less bloating, more energy and better "gut" comfort. My only concern is accessing some of the things I would like to eat, and wondering what I could add to my kitchen utensils to make prep easier. I'll just keep reading! By the way, my diabetes medication has been reduced. Thanks!
