I haven't taken the product every day due to traveling, but when I do, I find my energy level up in the afternoon.
The product tastes good, which makes taking the product a pleasure. I'll make a point to take the product daily to see if I receive the other benefits that are touted such as appetite suppression, and eventually, weight loss.
