The BetterHelp app was one of the best apps I could have downloaded. I was paired with Dr. Kutner, which is someone I would likely recommend to anyone that is seeking therapy. She creates a safe space for you to talk to her. I’m so happy I was paired with an amazing person and I’m sure you would too!
