    Quip Toothbrush

    Fail to honor their guarantee

    Overall Experience:

    I've used the the Quip toothbrush for over a year on their subscription service. A few weeks back it stopped working - a crack had opened up in the device.

    They make a big thing of their lifetime guarantee but when I sent them pictures of the damage I had a really rude reply back saying it was my fault as the toothbrush has been tested and never breaks.

    So they refused to replace it. Really shoddy service form a rubbish company.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

As our team has mentioned, our handles are heavily tested and the only way we have been able to replicate the damage you had experienced is by removing the brush head incorrectly.
