I read about this service online and tried it for a recent formal event. I love the fact that you get your suit two weeks ahead of time! The jacket didn't fit properly (sleeves were too long), and it was replaced within a few days. Returning the suit was as easy as putting it back in the box and dropping it at a FedEx store.
