I was put on an antibiotic for six months for my rosacea flare and I knew I would need something to counteract being on an antibiotic. I have not been on in seven or so years and knew I would need to keep my gut health in order to survive the effects that it has on my gut. This product helped keep me regular and not feeling bloated.
