I have been having issues on and off with my GI tract since my 20s. I am in my early 50s now. I am being checked out for chronic idiopathic constipation but prior to that appointment I watched Maggie Q's video for the product. I thought to myself "well, this is a big part of my problem" so I ordered the product. It was delivered very quickly and I literally took a capsule immediately after unwrapping the package. I have had a great deal of a relief as a consequence of using this product and I am also a huge fan of the Morning Complete. I feel so much better since using these products. It really does help with that bloat that can't be explained, I have more energy, I do feel like I am benefiting more from my multivitamins since using these products, I am sleeping on my own without needing to take melatonin, it's improved my mood.
This isn't the first probiotic I've tried but I am very confident that it will be the last. I'm so glad I found out about this product. It's so helpful.
