I had been using another proprietary probiotic for approximately one year. That product worked at first then not so good. I am on the fourth bottle of ActivatedYou Advanced Restorative Probiotic. I am very pleased with my results with this product. I was on the Ideal Protein Diet. Being in ketosis and on the other probiotic, my bathroom habits changed not for the good. Within three days of starting ActivatedYou, my bowel movements improved. I waited until the fourth month on this product to make sure it would continue to work. It does! I will be continuing to use ActivatedYou Advanced Restorative Probiotic.
