After about a week and a half, I did notice I had more energy and did not have my regular 2-3 pm energy drain. My days are more productive and I don't even think about how all I want to do is go to bed after dinner. I noticed my body not retaining water and my bloating reduced tremendously. I even have less cramping during that time of the month, which is a great relief in itself. I would and have recommended Restorative Probiotics to all my friends when they noticed my bloating gone, they comment on how skinny I look and ask if I'm dieting.
